Hats and Peanut Butter

We were so glad to have a visit from Aunt Amy, who we hadn't seen in a few years. She has a special knack with the girls, and it was wonderful having her around. We went to the local art museum the day after Thanksgiving and had a great time. We love you Aunt Amy!

Potty Practice

We aren't really potty training, but we are doing potty practice. Here's a quick update. When she gets on the potty, she tends to settle in!

Thanksgiving

We had Thanksgiving at our house this year and were fortunate enough to have my sister, Amy, join us. It was wonderful because we hadn't seen her since the Christmas after our wedding (almost 3 years). However, as tends to happen with sisters, it was like no time had passed. We made a TON of food, although Celia wasn't interested in any of it. She preferred to sit in her red chair or under the table. It was DELICIOUS, though. Thanks to all of the cooks!

Cecilia and Yogurt

I had to include a picture of Celia eating one of her staples - yogurt. She loves to feed herself, and this is the result. I believe she did have a bib on at one point. It just doesn't seem to matter!

Cecilia is Growing Up

I can't believe how fast the girls are growing. Cecilia has developed some definite likes and dislikes. She got a new phone from Nanaw and Pawpaw that has their voices on it, which she loves. She also loves to color and do flashcards. Can you believe her hair is long enough for real pigtails?

Visit with Grandpa

We were so fortunate to get a visit from Grandpa! He brought Husker outfits for the girls, which we desperately needed. We didn't do anything special, mostly our usual hanging out. It was a good trip though, and Grandpa got some much needed bonding time with the girls. We love you Grandpa!
